It's simple, don't complicate it.
Why are we all struggling with weight issues?
We don't all have eating disorders but many of us have disordered eating. In the 1940's, 50's and 60's we didn't know what calories were and if you were obese you were a rare phenomenon ipso facto counting calories is not the answer. Having an organised timetable of eating, sitting at a table, an ordered weekly menu and small dinner plates, small, pudding dishes and wine glasses is what we need to get back to. What you eat isn't as important as how you eat.
