1 cup of dates soaked in coffee (soak for a minimum of 10 minutes, drain excess liquid)
1 cup nut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder or 1 egg
1 can chickpeas drained or 280g plain firm tofu drained
1/2 cup of oats blended or ground almonds
1/2 cup of cocoa
Preheat oven gas mark 4
Blend all ingredients together until it is a consistent dough
Place into a baking tin
Bake for 20-30mins
