BACKGROUND
When I was 21 (many years ago) I was diagnosed with M.E. fibromyalgia and obesity, I was not in a good way. I was told that I would likely end up in a wheelchair as the nerves in my body were not working as they should and I couldn't walk well. I thought 'f*ck that' did some research and long story short got myself well. Work wise I spent most of my career teaching and working in mental health helping people cope with stress. I have over ten years experience supporting people to overcome issues in order to achieve their goals and now I still do that, but for fitness as well as health.
