Louise Lowe - Fitness Instruct

Hi. I'm Lou and I'm a fitness instructor, personal trainer, stress management coach and all-round good egg. I believe that physical activity and diet go hand in hand when it comes to achiving your personal fitness goals. I also believe that there's no one-size-fits-all solution to fitness - everybody is unique, so your personal fitness plan should be unique too.
